You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. In-App Purchases and Aura Points

The App may offer in-app purchases and a virtual points system ("Aura Points"). By making a purchase or using Aura Points, you agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Aura Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify the pricing or availability of in-app purchases
• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Aura Points system at any time

8. Health Disclaimer

Restora Sleep is designed to support healthy sleep habits but is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or sleep disorder.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Restora Sleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
